Delete Account & Data

You can delete your Clickzy account and associated data at any time. This page explains exactly what gets deleted and how to request it.

Option 1 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to contact@appsticlabs.com from the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject line "Delete my Clickzy account".

• We will verify the request and confirm by reply.
• Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.

Option 2 — Revoke access yourself

Hosts can immediately cut Clickzy's access to their Google account:

• Open myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Find Clickzy in the list of connected apps.
• Click "Remove access".

This revokes our ability to read or write anything in your Drive. You can then email us to remove your remaining account records.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, profile picture reference).
• Films you created, their settings, invite codes and guest lists.
• Photo records and any short-lived cached copies on our servers.
• Your stored Google Drive connection (OAuth tokens).

What we cannot delete for you

• Photos in the host's Google Drive. These live in the host's own storage. Hosts can delete the Clickzy folder in Drive directly at any time.
• Photos other guests saved to their devices before your deletion request.

Guests without accounts

If you joined a film as a guest (no account), email contact@appsticlabs.com with the film's invite code and the display name you used, and we'll remove your photos and guest record from the film.
