Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by Appstic Labs ("we", "us"), including the Clickzy mobile application and this website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using our services

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
• You are responsible for the content you capture, upload and share through our apps.
• You agree not to misuse the services — including uploading unlawful content, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the operation of the services.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you create. Clickzy stores event photos in the host's own Google Drive; hosts control that storage. By participating in a film, guests grant the host and other participants (per the host's gallery settings) the ability to view the photos they contribute to that film.

We claim no ownership of your content and use it only as needed to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Hosts and guests

• Hosts are responsible for their film settings — including reveal timing, gallery visibility and guest limits — and for obtaining any consent required from their guests to collect photos at their event.
• Guests participate under the settings the host chooses. Photos taken on a film are delivered to the host's storage.

4. Third-party services

Our apps integrate with third-party services such as Google Sign-In and Google Drive. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep our services available and reliable, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appstic Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by third-party storage providers, arising out of your use of the services.

7. Termination

You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
